As part of The DC Craft Bartenders Guild Second Annual Rickey Month, we present a crisp and refreshing summer sipper with Thyme infused limes, Hendrick’s gin, dry Sherry and Peychud’s bitters topped with soda. The Rickey is D.C.'s native cocktail, invented in 1883 at Shoomaker's by George Williamson at the bequest at Colonel Joe Rickey.
